Frequently Asked Questions

The questions travelers ask most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, the conversation is always open.

What does a travel advisor do?

A travel advisor plans and books your trip from first idea to final transfer. Dina listens to how you actually like to travel, designs an itinerary around it, books every component through trusted supplier partners, and stays reachable while you are away. You spend your time anticipating the trip instead of managing it.

What does it cost to work with AZ Travel Club?

Every journey is quoted individually, and you approve the complete itinerary and its price before anything is booked. Deposit and payment terms from each supplier are shared in writing up front, so there are no surprises. Reaching out to start a conversation carries no obligation.

Where is AZ Travel Club based, and who do you work with?

AZ Travel Club is based in Peoria, Arizona, in the northwest Phoenix metro. Clients come from across North America, and planning happens just as easily by phone and email wherever you live.

What kinds of trips do you plan?

Slow, immersive custom itineraries, small guided group departures, hosted cruises, and group travel of every kind: family reunions, corporate retreats, destination weddings, and milestone celebrations. Recent journeys include Türkiye, Central Europe by rail, Portugal and Spain, and New England, alongside the Caribbean, Europe, the Hawaiian Islands, and the Mexican coast.

Do you plan cruises?

Yes. Cruises are a specialty: river, ocean, and expedition sailings, hand-selected with premium perks, thoughtful cabin recommendations, and hosted support on select departures.

How does group travel planning work?

One person usually coordinates on behalf of many, so AZ Travel Club carries the logistics: flights, hotels, transfers, dining, and the small details that make group travel feel relaxed instead of orchestrated. Each traveler is looked after individually, and the group moves at a pace that lets stories happen.

Do you plan travel for retirees?

Yes. Many clients are experienced travelers in their retirement years. Itineraries are shaped around comfortable pacing, accessibility, and genuine enrichment rather than checklists.

Why book with an advisor instead of a website?

A booking site sells you inventory. An advisor gives you judgment: seventeen years of relationships with hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators, honest advice about where to go and when, and a person who answers when plans change mid-trip. Every client is treated less like a booking and more like a friend planning a trip together.
